Article 14 (Applicable Laws/Court of Jurisdiction)

  1. The Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
  2. Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court for the area in which the Company's head office is located, as the court of first instance.
